Todo backup
Todo Backup is an image tool that is designed for a complete disk backup. Including installed applications and system files. It has a clone disk function too. The program is very user friendly. You indicate the desired partition (s) for backup and the destination for the image file and start the backup. You can set the compression level and may password protect the resulting image file. For the purpose of burning large files to CD/DVD you can use the ”split-option” feature.
Partial recovery of backuped files from such image is perfectly possible, since you can mount a Todo Backup image. You can navigate the content of the virtual disk with Windows Explorer.
With the built-in Restore feature you can revive your system even if the partition is crashed, but in that case you should burn a bootable rescue disk.
