Deskpins
Sometimes it's useful to keep certain application windows topmost (above all other windows). But not every program has the "Always on top" function. DeskPins will take care of that. You grab a pin from the DeksPins icon and click on any window you want on top. Double click the pin and the window returns to the background when you click any other window. DeskPins also has automatic pin support so that you don't have to repeat your settings time and time again.
